After more than twenty-five years in recruiting, and a few course changes of my own, I now guide others through the same kind of transformation I navigated: moving from stuck and uncertain to clear, confident, and aligned.

🎣 Fun Fact
At the start of my recruiting journey, I took a detour to follow my heart. I fell in love with a commercial fisherman who convinced me to crew on his 92’ tuna boat in the middle of the North Pacific Ocean for ninety days. Yep, I wrote a book about it and won three awards!

Group Coaching:
Career Pivot Blueprint
In group coaching, I apply the same method as in 1:1 coaching, but with the collaboration and support of a community of like-minded women in the same boat. Cohorts are kept small, just 4 women. You'll have their support as you navigate this pivot together. This service includes nine one-hour sessions, unlimited email and texts between sessions, and a workbook for tracking and reflection.
